Registration and cost

For registration, use the online registration form. The deadline for registration is July 9 and the registration fee is ¤330. For early registrants, until June 11, there is a reduced registration fee of ¤280. The registration fee includes course materials distributed during the school, revised lecture notes published by Springer after the school, lunches, refreshments during coffee breaks and a conference dinner. If you should need more seats at the conference dinner, please indicate so on the registration form. Payment should be made through bank transfer (see details below). You will be registered when we have confirmed the payment of the registration fee. Please contact the organizers, if bank transfer is not possible from your country.

While lunch is served at the school, you are expected to eat out in the evenings. It is cheap to eat at Tartu, you can get quite a good dinner for only 40 EEK (¤2.5). An estimate of additional expenditures (including accommodation, travel to Tartu, and dinners) is roughly ¤180 for the entire period for a comfortable stay. This is assuming you arrive at Tallinn airport and have a student card (ISIC), that you have dinner for about ¤4 per day, and your accommodation and breakfast cost ¤20. However, if you keep your expenses down, you can live with ¤15 per day and a total price of ¤110.
